Yoga walks on Country provide the benefits of First Nations knowledges & wisdom on how to respectfully walk on Country incorporating the understanding of caring for country with the benefits of nature, walking, yoga, mindfulness & meditation combined.

The practice of calming the mind, bringing awareness to the present moment, and cultivating mindfulness.
Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace & balance that can benefit your emotional well-being and overall health

Vinyasa
Combines physical postures, or asanas, with controlled breathing and meditation
Yin
A slow passive style where floor poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissue (fascia, ligaments, joints) rather than muscles, promoting flexibility, mindfulness, and balance.

A technique that uses conscious control of breathing to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Beyond the physiological and psychological participants may experience a sense of connectedness, heightened intuition, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world

Nura Yoga acknowledges and respects the Gadigal people as the traditional owners of the land we meet and operate. We extend these respects to all First Nation Elders, past and presents and the traditional owners from all nations and lands we visit.
