Yoga On Country

Yoga on Country is lead by an elder and traditional custodian of the lands who shares local knowledge & incorporates cultural practices within the guided yoga session


In addition to First Nations cultural & spiritual practices Yoga on Country provides the benefits of connecting to Country, being present through mindfulness, meditation, movement & breathwork

Yoga Walks On Country

Yoga Walks on Country are guided by an elder & traditional custodian of the lands who shares local knowledge & incorporates traditional cultural practices within the guided yoga walk


In addition to First Nations cultural & spiritual practices Yoga walks provide the benefits of nature, walking, yoga, mindfulness & meditation combined

Mental Health Aware Yoga

Mental Health Aware yoga is a way for yoga teachers to support participants experiencing mental health issues, such as anxiety, stress, depression & trauma


It is known that almost 80% of yoga participants practice yoga for mental health reasons


All classes are approached with creating a safe & supportive space, guided by choices & collaboration
